Delivery and Order Information

- Free Delivery: Available between 3:00 to 9:00 PM ±45 mins. For long-distance deliveries, times may vary due to traffic, road closures, peak hours traffic, and weather conditions.

- Start Date: You have the flexibility to choose a start date between Monday and Friday, with 5 consecutive days of tiffin deliveries following your chosen date. As we don't deliver on weekends, your next tiffin will be delivered on Monday instead of Saturday.

- 4th Day: If your start day is a Thursday then your day 4 and day 5 plan will be interchanged (please refer to the day wise schedule image for more details)

Terms & Conditions

- Next-Day Delivery: Orders must be placed before 9:00 PM for next-day delivery. Orders placed after the cut-off time may be delivered the following day.
- Taste Drive Plans: These do not allow skips, pauses, or any customization. Extras are not available at this time, but we are working on making this possible in the future.
- Order Accuracy: Please select the correct delivery city before placing your order to avoid placing the wrong order.
- Cancellations/Refunds: A $10 fee will be incurred for cancellations or refunds due to wrong orders or any other reason.
