TiffinStash: Your Trusted Partner for Safe and Prompt Delivery
At TiffinStash, we understand that food safety and timely delivery are top priorities for our customers. That's why we've implemented a rigorous process to ensure your tiffins are fresh, safe, and delivered when you expect them.
Our dedicated sellers prepare and cook your tiffins in batches during the morning, using only the freshest and highest-quality ingredients. Once the tiffins are packed, our drivers pick them up and follow a planned route to make multiple deliveries in a specific order. This allows us to efficiently manage our routes and ensure that each tiffin is delivered promptly.
To keep you updated on the status of your delivery, we send you a system-generated email and SMS with a tracking link once the driver starts the delivery route. This link provides you with a 30-minute ETA window, which may change depending on traffic, weather, and other unexpected delays. Rest assured, we do our best to deliver your tiffin within +/- 45 minutes of the estimated time of arrival.
As our driver approaches your location, the ETA will no longer be updated. However, you can be confident that your meal is delivered following the provided delivery instructions. We will also update the tracking link with a timestamp and image proofs of delivery.
If you do not receive a tracking link by 4:30 PM or your tiffin is not delivered by 9:00 PM, please contact our customer support team immediately. We are here to assist you and ensure you enjoy your meal as soon as possible.
