(Job Code - 23829) Analytics and MIS Specialist (Remote Position - India)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Analytics and MIS Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for managing orders from our store, ensuring seamless order processing, and sharing order information with our sellers. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in creating various reports and managing the information system to support our business operations. We are open to offer Part-time/Full-time position in this role. 

Responsibilities:

• Download and process orders from our website backend.
• Process the orders on google sheets and create input files for routes
• Collaborate with sellers to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery.
• Create and maintain an efficient order tracking system.
• Generate business reports, including sales reports, delivery reports, payout reports and other management information reports.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all transactions.
• Coordinate with various departments to resolve order-related issues.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field (preferred).
• Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Experience with data analysis and report generation tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets).
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
